Donna I have the index to the 1880 census and there are 5 Windsors listed:
Joseph age 51? so maybe 57
Katie age 19
Melvin age 1
Willie age 14
Sarah age 40
The index to the 1887 Spokane County census has several Windsors
J. age 64
M. age 8
E. age 6
but no Sarah, so apparently she died before 1887.

I can get a copy of both census if you want.
