Hello Bill and welcome to the list....

You seem to have good information on your line, but don't say how you
got the dates etc.

Even in Sweden you would be able to go to a Family History Center run by
the Mormon Church and order and view films. You might check to see if
you are near one.

You can confirm Ellen Cooney's parentage (didn't sound like you were
sure) by getting a birth index for 1868 , and then ordering the
appropriate film of the entry. See the section on Using Civil
Registration Records on my Helpful Hints page, url below, for more
information on this.

You could also search the 1901 census film for this area to locate
other relatives living there.

For records before 1864, when Civil Registration started, you would need
to contact the Waterford Heritage Centre, their webpage is
http://www.iol.ie/~mnoc
