Hello Charles,

Thank you for all of your help so far. I have found some new information
from another branch of my Egan family. I wonder if you can help.

I am researching Anastasia Rockett abt 1831-1912. Family lore says that she
was born in Ballyneale (Castle). Supposedly with some type of
Rockett-Carbery lineage. Some of the older relatives wrote down the
following;

The burial ground of the Rockets is in Killmury churchyard. The Carbery
burial ground is at Rathgormac in Co. Waterford. In Waterford a Catholic
church was built at the request of Mrs. Doyle on land donated by her. Mrs.
Doyle was of the Carbery-Rocket family. Daniel O'Connell, the Irish Patriot,
was a cousin of Mrs. Rocket. There is a monument to Daniel O'Connell in
Glasnevin cemetery in Dublin, Ireland.

Are you at all familiar with any of these names in relation to the Rockett
family.

Whenever i try to use the Irish Rockett Link on your web page it does not
work, can you give me that web page address.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Mike Egan

Can any of you WATERFORD gurus give us any info on this ROCKETT query?I'm
sure that Mike would be VERY appreciative.
Chuck
