While I have no specific information on the Carrick on Suir workhouse,
you may be interested in the book produced by Dungarvan Museum on the
Dungarvan Workhouse. It is called "Desperate Haven". Details of how to
purchase it can be found at www.dungarvanmuseum.org
Many of the activities/diet/work etc were common to all workhouses and
it may give you an idea of how Carrick Workhouse functioned.
