Wendy,

The deceased was a member of the fraternal organization called the
Independent Order of Odd Fellows, I.O.O.F. The female organization is the
Rebekahs (this spelling!) The organization is very much like the Masons and
Eastern Star.

F L & T stands for Friendship, Love, and Truth. The other motto of the IOOF
is Faith, Hope and Charity.
