Hello List,

I am new to this list and would like to see if anyone has any links with the following;

My great grandfather was Charles John WATSON, born circa 1866 in either Bethnal Green or Hackney, Middlesex. His father was John WATSON (a painter).

Charles John WATSON was a Metropolitan Police Constable and married Louisa Sarah HILLIER in 1888 in Hackney. They had four known children.

Sydney Charles WATSON (1889) married Clara Frances LAINCHBURY in 1912. They had two daughters.

William Henry WATSON (1891) married Elsie Maria HARRISON in 1914. Two daughters.

Bertie Charles WATSON (1893) married Sarah KELLY in 1918. Two sons. Bertie and Sarah were my grandparents!

Louisa Caroline WATSON (1897) married Alfred Joseph NEAT in 1922. One son and two daughters.

The WATSON family eventually settled around the Brixton and Herne Hill area.
