Is there anyone planning to visit the Public Library at Bellingham, WA. ???

If so, may I ask for an Obit look-up? I have the name and death date, and this is at the library.

Also, would anyone be willing to make 1 phone call in Bellingham, WA? The person I need (relative) is listed with phone number, name, and city, but no address, so I can't not write a letter to them.
