Does anyone know the policies of the Yakima Herald with regard to posting
birth notices? Do they post ALL birth notices? Are they posted by special
request of the parents? Do parents have to sign a release that it's ok to
post? The time period of particular interest would be the 1950's. Input
would be appreciated!
