April first Saturday 1845. Prayer by Brothers CUMMINS and ANDERSON and the
business of the day called for and read. A. B. NASH Clk.

May first Saturday. A few mimbers met the business of the day called for and
Brother Samuel WOOSLEY chosen moderator and Brother John TOMS is excluded from
any priveledges of this Church on the account of his drinking too much spirits
and cussing and swearing. A. B. NASH Clk.

June Saturday before the first Sunday Brother Wm. R. DAVIS present. The Church
excluded Brother Anderson TOMS, Junr. From any Church priveliges of this
Church on the account that he was not willing to be governed by our Church.

July Saturday before the first Sunday we had prayer by Brothers COMMINS &
ANDERSON. A. B. NASH Clk.

August Saturday before the first Sunday had prayer by Brother A. B. NASH and
Joshua WOOSLEY and George WOOSLEY appointed to rite a letter to the Quarterly
Meeting to be held the third Saturday in August, 1845. A. B. NASH Clk. To
be held at the Green River Union.

September 1845. Brother Daniel ANDERSON appointed to site Brother Baly WILLIS
to our next meeting.

November 1845. The business of the day called for and Brother Baly WILLIS
excluded from any privelage of this Church for gambling. Done by order of the

December 1845.

January 1846. Saturday before the first Sunday. Brothe Wm. R. DAVIS present.
The business of the day called for and Brother Wm. R. DAVIS agreed to site
Brother Jesse HUNT to our next meeting and James FARRIS to answer to the
complaints that the Church has against them for drinking too much spirets also
Samuel WOOSLEY is to site Brother Nehemiah MINTON to attend our next meeting
and answer the complaint the Church has against him for drinking too much.

January 31st 1846. Saturday before the first Sunday in February. Church met
according to appointed time. Brother Wm. R. DAVIS present and Brother Jesse
HUNT restored to full fellowship. Brother James FARRIS have till next meeting
and any of the Church that sees him is to let him know it and if he comes and
gives satisfaction if not to be excluded. Nehemiah MINTON is excluded from
this Church for drinking too much spirets. Cone by order of the Church. A. B.
