April Thursday before the first Sabbath the Church met for to appoint
deligates to sit in our next Quarterly Conferrence and to nominate someone to
write a letter and they nominated Brother A. B. NASH to write a letter and
Brothers Samuel WOOSLEY, Joshua WOOSLEY, Wm. R. NASH, and Anderson TOMS as
deligates to our next Quarterly Meeting which is to be held at Mount Pleasant
on Reedy (Creek) Edmonson County. Done by order of the Church. Arthur B. NASH
Clk.

April first Saturday 1846. The Church met according to appointment and
excluded Brother James FARRIS. Done by order of the Church. Arthur B. NASH
Clk.

May first Saturday. We had a Quarterly Meeting and we had Brother FRANKLIN of
our Denomination with us and of the Methodist Brothers Nuttys GAGGER and
STEWART.

June 1846.

July 1846. Church met only a few and appointed Brother Arthur B. NASH to write
a letter to our Quarterly Meeting to be held in Edmonson Co. at the Bever Dam
Meeting House on the fourth Saturday in August 1846. And that Daniel ANDERSON,
Wm. COMMINS, Mathew ANDERSON, George WOOSLEY, Wm. P. NASH, Samuel WOOSLEY,
Joshua WOOSLEY, and Arthur B. NASH.

September the 2nd 1848. Church met and made an agreement to hold a fall
meeting on Thursday mext to regulate our Church and for other reasons.

September 7th 1848. Church met agreeable to appointment and after prayer by
Brother Daniel ANDERSON and then Brother W. R. DAVIS read a chapter and then
proceded to business. 1st motion made and seconded to know if the Church were
willing to receive Brother William R. DAVIS as our pastor and moderator.
Received unanimously. 2nd motion and seconded to know if they should say
nothing to members that did not attend. Agreed to say nothing, only to
encourage them all to attend. 3rd motion and seconded agreed for the Church to
study and see of it were not right to fin on stated times for their Communion
Seasons. 4th motion and seconded to know if the Church were not willing to
drop Sister Milly MILLER from this Church. Agreed unanimously. Done by order
of this Church. A. B. NASH Clk.

May 1849. Church met agreeable to appointment Saturday before the first sabath
and after prayer Brother William CUMMINS, Moderator. The Church proceeded to
business. First Brother George WOOSLEY rose and acknowledged that he had done
wrong and was sorry for it and asked forgivness for it from this Church and it
was granted by said Church. Second motion Samuel WILLIS and wife requested
that they should be nomore considered a member of this Church and it was

1849 June 2nd. Church met and after prayer Brother W. R. DAVIS Moderator
proceeded to business and Brother Silas WILLISON was liberated to use his gift
as a publid speaker.

July. Church met and no business before the Church.

August 4th 1849. After a sermon by Wm. WHOOBERRY. Brother Wm. R. DAVIS as
Moderator. By the request through Wm. CUMMINS for Indimun BAKER we consider
said BAKER no more a member of this Church. As Daniel WILLIS has been a member
of this Church and circumstances has occurred under the notice of this Church
and also upon said WILLIS we as a Church consider Daniel WILLIS no more a
member of our Church.

July 12th 1849. The Big Reedy Church of Freewill Baptist met and after prayer
proceeded to business. Church found in peace and no business on hand closed by
singing.
