Please remember when sending messages to this list that every message is
archived by RootsWeb for as long as RootsWeb will continue to exist. On this
list, that means that each message should address some aspect of genealogy or
history pertaining to our selected region.

Messages about list content, personal chatter, test messages, sales pitches,
spam (messages sent to numerous multiple lists), chain letters, computer
viruses, etc., are not welcome here, or on most other genealogy and history
lists.

I openly welcome personal suggestions and criticism related to the list,
particularly if it is constructive. However, his list is not a democracy, so
DO NOT voice your vote to the entire list. The listowner is the sole
arbitrator of content on the list. PERIOD. If you have a problem with any
message, for any reason, you can complain to me, personally, but NOT TO THE
ENTIRE LIST..... E V E R ! ! !

If anyone receives flames about a particular message or messages, please refer
that person to me, as I am the only person who makes decisions about this
list. If i say it's okay, then that makes it okay.

The West-Central-Ky list has between 350-400 subscribers at last count, so
please remember the impact that one message to the entire list can make.
