Hi,Jerry-Sorry I don't have anything on the Clarks. That's my problem!!
My ggrandmother was Rachel Ann Clark b.about 1844,married
William Gaither about 1870 or so--I have their children,etc.but I Have
Not been able to find anything on who her Clark family was.At this
point they could be right in front of me and I'd never know! My living
aunt & uncle don't know who Rachel's parents were.Know that their
children{R&W's}were 1/4 Cherokee--so wouldn't that make Rachel
1/2??Maybe why I can't come up with anything.Also Grayson Cty.
is s'posed to have had some fires,destroying records.Let me know
who you're looking for and I'll keep an eye out.
