Lucy Mills grandmother was Sarah Gatewood who married Unknown Hamlett,
and their daughter
Nancy Hamlett married Unknown Mills and had 3 children, Sarah, Lucy, and
William F. Lucy
married Joseph West and had 2 children, Joseph William and a daughter
who must have died
at birth in 1847 as did Lucy. I do not know who Joseph William married,
but he
had 6 children, Joseph, Annie, Olivia, Jonathan, Maggie and James Early
with 3 wives, most
of them being born in Utah. Joseph died in Greenwich, Sevier Co., UT
Jun 10, 1927.

I am from the MA Wests on my mother's side and the VA Gatewood's on my
father's, among
others!
