I am looking for descendents of, or information on Charles M.
Russell, rancher from Glen, NE, who lived in Sioux County from the
latter part of 1800's and the first half of 1900's. I am
particularly interested in Stella Wilcox DeLong Russell, my g-g
-grandmother, who married him following her divorce from my
gggrandfather, probably in the late 1800's. They were supposedly
married in Harrison but according to some research my mother had done
30 years ago, no record of the marriage was found in either Sioux or
Dawes counties. There apparently is an estate record for a Charles
M. Russell, dtd. March 28,1949. R.R Wellington, Atty, Crawford, NE,
was administrator, but I have no further info. Stella supposedly
died in Crawford, NE but again I have no information on her date of
death. Any information anyone could provide would be gratefully
appreciated.
