Bruce, James and any other interested in Sinnotts: What I have is minuscule
and vague. An Anne Sinnott appeared on two pages of the valuation books as an
occupier relating to lot 11 of the Ordinance Survey Map # 32. Lots a, b, c
were occupied mostly by my ancestors, Brennan's, Murphy's and Leary's. But
when there were changes, such as deaths, names were scratched through and new
occupiers or lessors names written above. Such changes occurred in 1879 and
1883, at which time her name appeared above my ggrandfather's name. The lot
is in Ballyboggan, Tikillen parish, East Shelmaliere Barony. I have read on
this list that there were many Sinnott's in Co. Wexford, so this does not
mean much.
