My brick wall is William Whitaker, born unknown date, possibly in Missouri. Died about 1955 in Golden Gate, Illinois.
William Whitaker married 1st Minnie Mcdonald on 5/15/1910 in Carter County, Missouri. They had several children, then Minnie McDonald died in the flu epidemic. William Whitaker next married my great grandmother, Eva Bingham on July 21, 1921 in Hunter, Carter County, Missouri. They also had several children together. , . There were a total of 8 children. My grandmother, Virginia and a younger sister who died in infancy, Gladys are William and Evas children. Of the rest, I'm not sure which child goes with which mother. The other children are Jeannette, Mildred, Minnie, Mable, Rosemary, and Burl. I am trying to track down a definite date and place of birth for William Whitaker, and hopefully his parents, but there seems to be several individuals with that same name in that area at the time, so I can't really connect him to anyone. If any might know who this William is, I would appreciate the info!
