The following information is provided to complete the decendancy of Charles
Bush Whitney, my great, great-grandfather. I would also like to know how this
information gets into the geneology database. I am fairly new to the internet
and have a lot to learn.

Charles Bush Whitney married Emily Baker Hobbs on June 2, 1870. Emily was
born June 27, 1844(?) in Leavelton, Tennessee and died august 19, 1916
Children of this marriage:
1. Charles Willie Whitney, b. 20 May 1871 Barren Co. KY d. 25 Nov 1905 m.
Sarah Emma Taylor 24 May 1894
2. Camilia Whitney, b. 21 Aug 1873 Barren Co. KY d. 29 Oct 1944 m. Oscar Lee
2 July 1908
3. Lilia Whitney, b. 16 Aug 1875 Barren Co. KY d. 13 Sept 1947 m. George
Washington Newman, This marriage produced one child, a daughter Nolan.
Nolan's only child, a boy died as a teenage in a fire. He was not married and
had no children
4. Loammi Baker Whitney, b. 4 Oct 1877 Barren Co. KY d. 20 Nov 1936 m. Una
Wilson
5. Melrose Locksley Whitney b. 13 Dec 1879 Barren Co. KY d. 23 Aug 1933 m.
Kate White
6. John Thomas Whitney b. 2 July 1886 Barren Co. KY d. 22 Nov 1906, no
marriage, no children

I will provide more information later on Charles Willie Whitney, my great
grandfather.
