I recently discovered another connection with the Whitney family of J&E.
If anyone else is descended from William (Abner,John,Isaiah,Thomas, John) I
would be happy to share information regarding Sarah H. his daughter, b. ca
1800 Standish ME, m. Joseph West int.l8 May, 1834 Standish ME. Joseph is
descended from the Cannell family of Standish, ME. Joseph and Sarah were
both first cousins, five times removed.:-) Jan
