Hi:

Found a resource that I tied into that has given me some good info and
thought I'd pass it on.

This consists of starting with a tfel of a Revolutionary War couple,
with links to pages where the researcher has researched each line of
ancestry of each person back to the immigrant ancestor.

The tfel numbers go to 30,000, probably a couple of hundred New
England ancestors, and maybe 40 or so immigrant New Englanders.

He gives fairly complete research data, bio data, sources and
bibliographies on each line.

If one of your lines is one of his, you may find something of value
there. If you are a New England researcher and have found 40
immigrants to date, chances are fair to meddlin' you might have a
match in this bunch.

The url is:

http://pw2.netcom.com/~mj_roman/atafel.htm

I'm trying something similar at my web page for each immigrant,
although my "top page" is alphabetical (See Mom's Side of Family
Histories at my web page) and I have a slightly different approach. I
have about 20-30 immigrants at my page.

I wish more New England pages would do this kind of thing, ie focusing
on who the immigrants are at that page and presenting info about them.
