Hello:

I am have some Canadian Whitneys who came to Canada in the 1800's from
Mass to VT to NY to Canada. They were in Brighton Ontario Canada in
the late 1800's but could have spread out to Nova Scotia. Do you know
anything else about your gg like when he was born and where exactly?
