Can anyone link this family ??? I received the following from a
friend.

<I have met on the internet a cousin for the first time. He has given me
some more information on Richard WHITNEY.
Information now suggest that he was born in England and died in Canada.
His wife ( Cornelia) was born in Pennsylvania and was buried in Buffalo,
NY. They resided in Collingwood, Canada. They had 7 children: Royal
(Roy), Elizabeth, Lavine, Minerva, William, Richard, and Amos. We know
that His son Richard was born 10/15/1870. That is the only anchor I have
to pin down his birth.
I don't know if this will help at all but let me know if you can find
out any more.>
