It seems extremely likely that this was Anna-6 WHITNEY, bapt. 2 Apr 1775,
Waltham, MA, dau. of Josiah-5 and Sarah (LAWRENCE) WHITNEY [David-4,
Benjamin-3, John-2, John-1], especially since her sister Rhoda-6 married
Elijah SMITH's brother Amos SMITH. Anna/Nancy was living unmarried on 9
Jun 1801, when she gave a receipt in her father's estate.
