Hi Carolyn,
I absolutely agree. At very most, as we get to the point where we have
to make a deposit, we may ask everyone to send in the requisite amount
in the form of a check, all of which we can give to the hotel to
deposit. Once we start handling money, we're entering a legal quagmire
that I'd rather avoid.
