Hi Valerie,

Glad to know you are coming!

I think we should have a record of those planning on coming and
attending the programs, but not staying at the hotel. That way we
will know how many chairs needed etc. Also you may want to eat
meals with us, and the hotel would need to know that for
planning.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll put you on the list to attend,
but not to stay at the hotel.
