This concerns Mary-6 Whitney (Walter-5, Samuel-4, Richard-3, John-2, Henry-1), b. 12 Jun 1799, the daughter of Walter and Anah (Wells) Whitney.

Ira Hill, husband of Mary Whitney (b. 12 Jun 1799), died in Coloma, Waushara County, Wisconsin. Apparently Willow Prairie is located somewhere in that county. He is not buried in Oregon as stated on the Whitney website. He and Mary were married 6 Jun 1816 in Troy, New York. Thought you might like this correction from information
