Carolyn and Lyn,
I think the program plans for the reunion in August as well as the accomedations.food at the Sheraton are just great. I haven't any problem with sending a check (money ordeer or cashier's check) to Carolyn ahead of time in order to guarentee everything will be in order for August if that is what the hotel wants. After all in order to reserve rooms we'd have to make payment ahead of time too. However I'm wondering how soon we would have to send the money for food as things are a little tight financially for me right now what with the holidays just barely over with and the fact that my job recently has been cut from full time hours to part time ones. I wouldn't be able to come up with the cash for the food in the next few weeks but rather in the next month or so. As far as the money for reservations that would be a bit easier as I could use my credit card if need be whereas using my credit card for the food payment isn't an option as it would be being sent to you Carolyn. The!
matter of reservations brings up a question I have. Reading your most recent message Carolyn I got the impression that we should make our reservations on our own. Am I correct in my asumption? I know that Carolyn you said not to make reservations just yet so I'll wait before doing so until I hear more from you.As far as I know so far only my sister and myself (possibly my aunt too) will be attending the reunion barring any unforseen problems.I don't know if we'd be leaving in time for the cocktail hour on Friday but would definately be there for dinner Friday night so hor derves aren't a big deal for us.We're not much concerned with snacks for the other days either as we can pick those up somewheres on our own if we want to munch on them after the night's festivities. We are looking very forward to it and to meetin everyone!!
