<<Should we arrange for the cash bar on Saturday night ? I'm

only for those who choose to drink.>> I don't drink, so I don't care
one way or the other.

Since the Sheraton is still requiring a $1000 minimum for
food to allow us to use the Ballroom and the Colonial Room, how
do you feel about mailing to me a check made out to the
Sheraton Lexington Inn for the cost of the food? At the costs
so far, that would be $73.80? This way I could send the
Sheraton the amount when it all comes in to me. Or should I try
to negotiate with them to receive the payment separately from
each of us? Their position right now is that they want to be paid
for food in one lump. >>

I think you should go with our having to mail you a check. That will form a
stronger commitment from folks who are still a bit on the fence about
attending.
