MARTHA WHITNEY b. September 1869 in Arkansas, Illinois. d. Alexander County, Illinois. She married WALLACE PETITT on June 24, 1888 in Alexander County, Illinois.

Child of Martha Whitney and Wallace Petitt is:

EFFIE MAE PETITT b. January 31, 1892 in Thebes, Alexander County, Illinois and d. December 09, 1945 in Tamms,
Alexander County, Illinois. She married STEPHEN MILFORD CHILDERS (son of James F. Childers and Rebecca Emeline
"Jane" McClusky) on February 03, 1909 in Cairo, Alexander County, Illinois.


Stephen & Effie Childers were my great-grandparents.
