Hi Allan,

I've been tooling around in prep for the Whitney reunion and I found
myself today in a little cemetery I've been meaning to visit in
Watertown. It's right next to the First Baptist Church, right on Mt.
Auburn Street. Today, I found the headstone for this particular
family. I photoed the stone (digital camera), and unfortunately, can't
read all the info and my software needs to be reinstalled, but I can
tell you it lists the children, including Hiram (1828 - 1891), Abigail
H. (1824-1829), T. Francis (1823-1898), Leonard (1819- 188?), Ruth Ann
(1822 - ??) and S. Weeks (1825-188?), Abigail M. (1829 -??).

Also in the same cemetery are:

Thomas F. Whitney (1823 - 1898) and (1) Eunice P. Whitney
(1825-1859) and (2) Cynthia Whitney (1830-1917)

Hiram Whitney (1828-1891), Mary E. Whitney (1831-1911) and Ola C.
Whitney (1864-1918).

Martha Whitney (9/18/1814 - 10/19/1893) and Susannah B. Whitney
(6/10/1826-12/4/1892) next to Anne A. Whitney (wife of Thomas Learned),
1812-1898.
