Hi Everyone,

Here are a few updates on WRG Reunion 2002 plans:

1.The $84 per night is guaranteed for us through July 5th. If you
register after that you will have to pay the higher regular room rate.

2. I will need payment for the meal plan by July 1st. Payment for the
meal plan will be non refundable. More info on how and where to send
payment next week.

3.People who are planning to attend the Reunion, purchase the meal plan
but not stay at the hotel must pay for the meal plan by July 1st.

4. Lyn is coming along well on the program. News on the program to
follow.

5. People who want to come to the program but who do not want to stay
in the hotel or buy the meal plan are welcome.

6. Because there are only about 35 of us signed up so far, the
Sheraton will probably section off part of the Ballroom to give us a
smaller area, better for sound.

Stay tuned for information on sending payment for the meal plan.
