Carolyn remembers almost correctly. Whereas I talked about tying my line
into Benjamin's descendants, I did not lay out much about Ben's life. I
recall that most of the early life (to-ing and froing, residences, and
marriages) was provided by Ken Whitney as groundwork for a lot of the
research in Maine and New Brunswick that he and Larry Tracy reported on.
