I certainly can sympathize with Tim Doyle in his trials with his ISP.
Whereas I have not had his particular set of difficulties, I've had my share
of problems imposed upon me by others and know what a drain on one's
well-being it can be. Tim's note has explained what has happened and, on
the whole, revealed that he is essentially a pretty cool fellow. (I've
known some who would have been so discombobulated by the whole affair that
they would have been reduced to gibberish and foaming at the mouth.)

Although Tim feels angry and shamed by the whole affair, I think that he
deserves our thanks, patience, and wholehearted goodwill for providing and
seeking to continue to provide a website for the WRG.

Should we provide more?
