Here is a further posting that seems to shed some light on the matter.

There is a link for the WorldConnect Suggestion Board. Click on that and
you will see that this topic has been discussed for the past few weeks.
Here is an answer from Ancestry.com that was posted:

"We apologize for any confusion regarding the questions asked in your
message. With regard to your first question, there are no plans at this
time to include RootsWeb WorldConnect files in the OneWorldTree
database. To make certain such files will not be included, please simply
mark such files submitted as not being available for download as a
GEDCOM file. This will remain honored, so that such files will not be
included with the OneWorldTree service, as was your concern in your
second question."

I upload my files through WorldConnect and don't allow gedcoms to
downloaded and I checked the OneWorldTree and it didn't seem to have my
database on it.
