It took me awhile to figure out that you can search on surname only in each
of the census years in genealogy.com, by clicking on the link for Censuses,
then Year, then State. I think I found your Chauncey incorrectly
transcribed as Charles. He was born 2/1823 in NY. Living with widowed
daughter Louise Moray?, granddaughter Alice, and great-grandson Moray Moray?
You might also want to take a look at Elan Curtis, don't know if he's a
relative. You can check out these records online with your subscription.
Hope this helps,
Deb

Subject: 1900 Fond Do Lac
Hi:
I need some help. I have ancestry.com and genealogy.com, and in the 1900
census I can't find Noah and Chauncey Curtis. I have tried every type of
spelling and they just won't come up. Any suggestions or comments would be
greatly appreciated. I know their there because Noah Curtis comes up for a
listing being in Fond Du Lac in 1910 and Chauncey is listed on the death
index for 1902.
