Susan- I'm sure we are related. Frederick Joseph LaLonde was my grandfather. Katherine was his older sister. Many of the LaLondes moved to Los Angeles during World War 2.My mother, Mary LaLonde, was a ship welder in San Pedro. I remember her saying her Aunt Kate lived in the apartment next door. When the war was over some of them moved back to Minnesota. As a child I met Aunt Kate when they were living in Fairbanks. I look forward to hearing from you.
