I have the following males:
Samuel - married Sophia Sizemore
Pleasant - married Louisa Jones
Andrew Jackson - married Sarah "Sally" Couch
Blevins - no information
Could Daniel have been Blevins? Does anyone have information on Blevins?
Here's what I have on Daniel Sisemore:
Daniel Sisemore
Company H, 4th Kentucky Infantry
Enlisted: March 21, 1864 at Camp Nelson, Kentucky
Mustered-In: April 14, 1864 at Louisville, Kentucky
Died: November 25, 1864
Declaration For Mother's or Father's Application for Army Pension - dated
October 5, 1875
"Russell Sisemore, a resident in the County of Clay and State of Kentucky, aged
74 years, who, being first duly sworn according to law, doth on his oath make
the following declaration in order to obtain the benefits of the provisions made
by the Act of Congress approved July 14, 1862, and its amendments: That he is
the father of Daniel Sisemore, who was a Private in Company H, commanded by
Capt. Henry P. Merrill, in the 4th Regiment of Kentucky Vol. Infantry, in the
war of 1861, who on the 25th November 1864 died at Lexington, Kentucky. He
further declares that the said son, upon whom he was wholly or in part dependent
for support, having left no widow or minor child under sixteen years of age
surviving."
Marriage License of Russell Sizemore and Ann Prewett:
Kentucky, Floyd County
There shall license and permit you to join in marriage according to the rites
and ceremonies of the Church to which you belong, Russell Sisemore and Anney
Prewett, and for so doing, this shall be your sufficient warrant. Given under
my hand the 9th day of May 1823.

I, Jacob Mayo, Deputy for Will J. Mayo, Clerk of the Court of the County
aforesaid do hereby certify that the said Russell Sisemore produced the
necessary Certificate from Euriah Prewett and wife, the Father and Mother of the
said Aney, authorizing me to issue these license and that bond with security is
given in my office according to law. To any person legally authorized to
Solemnize Matrimony.

Here follows return on said license in word and figures:
This is to certify within that the copel was mared by me, May 11, 1823 - John
Moris
Russell Sisemore, father of Daniel Sisemore, was referred to Isaac S. Manning,
MD in Manchester on April 21, 1883. In Dr. Manning's return, date not stated,
he wrote "Rumored "Dead" June 30, 1883."
The pension was rejected on the grounds that claimant, Russell Sisemore, died
before the claim could be processed. The claim was abandoned.
The pension record did not have Daniel's age or date of birth. Looks like I
need to obtain the Service Record to see how old he was in order to get an
approximate year of birth.
