WILLSON, Mumford (Montford) -b~1755 North Carolina USA I
am looking for the parents of Mumford (Montford) Willson, born about
1755 in North Carolina. Mumford married Angelica Battle on 26 May 1778
in Lincoln Co., North Carolina. They had several children, including
Mary H. and Littleberry, both of which moved to White Co., Tennessee.
In most of the records that I have found Mumford spelled his name with a
double "L". Thanks for your help. Michael
