Obituary appeared in the Press Argus-Courier, Wednesday October 1, 1997
N. D. "Willie" Wilson, 90, of Lone Elm Community, Ark., died Saturday, Nov.
27, 1997, at a local nursing home. He was a maintenance man at Central
Mall, Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member
of the Silent Service Submarine Corps, retired stationary engineer at Ben
Taub Hospital in Houston, member of Fleet Reserve Association and past
master of Masonic Lodge No. 74 in Mexia, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, LaFaye; one daughter, Wanda Wilson of
Vancouver, Wash.; one son, Glynn Wilson of Lone Elm; one sister, Kathrun
Tilloston of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Pete Wilson of Tampa, Fla.,;
five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at New Cemetery
in Mulberry under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mulberry United Medodist Church.
