Sylvan D Wilson

Sylvan D Wilson 74,of Gridley Died Feb. 10,2000,at Enloe Medical Center in
Chico Born in Corning,he was a Mid-Valley resident for 52 Years. He taught
for seven years in the Gridley Elementery School District and served as
principalfpf Woodrow Wilson School fpr 30 years,retiring in 1986.

He was a 1943 graduate of Corning high School,attended Stockton Junior
College with a degree in education.He served in the US Army Air Corps during
WW1

Survivors include his wife Jackie Wilson of Gridley,one daughter,Ann
Williams of Carson City,Nevada;one sister;Charlain Seivert of Belmont;and
teo grand children.

He was preceded in death by his first wife,Kathryn Wilson;a son Michael
Wilson and a daughter Kathleen Wilson.
