I found in the 1880 Census of Brighton Township, Marathon County, Wisconsin
who I believe to be the birth family of my Grandfather, Frank Laessig's
first wife, Mary Sawyer.

They are:

Joseph Sawyer, 38 birthplace WI; Father-Canada; Mother-Canada
Ellen, 33, birthplace WI; Father-Scotland; Mother-France
Henry 13, birthplace WI
Joseph A., 11
Charles F, 9
Frank, 7
Mary F, 6
Nelly, 4
Josephine, 2

Further information I have:
SAWYER, Mary born 22 Oct. 1874, in Wrightstown, WI?-died.13 Aug 1907
daughter of SAWYER, Joseph, born in Green Bay, WI and
SAWYER, Ellen born in Milwaukee, WI. I need Ellens maiden name.

I have a Joseph, born about 1841 in the 1850 census for two Rivers, WI as
son of Charles and Angeline. Could this be Marys father and his parents?

I am trying to find further information on Mary Sawyers ancestry and her
siblings.
