Walt - sorry to say I don't recognize any times in your family. I am Wendy Winkelman and I grew up in Richfield, MN and my father Paul is from Pequot Lakes, MN. I just moved to Phoenix a month ago. But my family immigrated from Germany to Buffalo, NY then on to ND and then to MN. My immigrants name was Fredrick Winkelman. Hopefully, you will get someone to help you with your search. Have you pulled your Dad's death certificate? See if Parents are listed? Have you checked the census records for 1920? 1930? You may be able to see his parents.
