I am trying to find my husband's mother's father. Sound odd huh. My husband's mother's name was Ella Belle Winters. She was born 1 Sept 1928 somewhere in Mississippi ( no ideal where.). She died in West Memphis , Arkansas 17 Mar 1986 and is buried at Cypert Cemetery near Marvell, Arkansas. I am trying to find her biological father. Her mother's name was Jessie Lee HALLOWAY and she was also born in Mississippi ( again no ideal where) 3 Jan 1907. I am just hoping someone will see this post and shed some light on this line.
Any information would be greatly appreciated
