Dear List,

John Foster, head of the John Foster Co., Beloit, a shoe manufactury,
was born in New York, and had lived in Kane County, Illinois, before
settling in Beloit. On 3 September 1873, at Beloit, John married my
relative, Marcia E. Dearborn of Beloit. According to some information I
have, the Fosters had three adopted children, and lived at 638 Broad
Street in Beloit. I would like to know what became of the Fosters and
their children, and contact living descendants. Does anyone know?
