Yes we have corresponded on this before. But I didn't have the info I have
now. I don't know where Eliza M. Dye died at but I believe she is buried in
Waupaca County. She formerly lived in Amherst, and I am aware that folks
moved back and forth between the two counties alot.

I tried to find her in the UW Stevens Pt project without success. Maybe I
should go back and look again.

My assumption is that she was widowed from Eber Penney in the 1860's,
remarried a Mr. Dye sometime after that. When he passed away, she then filed
for her first husbands pension benefits. Thus the Mr. Dye in question
possibly died in 1899.

Does that fit with anyone you know??
