Hi jj - Thank you for your interest in my query. Unfortunately it still does not tell me anything about Howard Nourse - I assume he was probably the child of one of the children you mention - The one who looks most promising to me is John Archibald Nourse - but of course, I have had no luck in finding any descendants of him or any of the others.
I have talked on the phone with a daughter of Howard Nourse and she "does not know" who his father was - So, it looks like for the time being I am stuck. Howard is supposed to have been born in 1890 and married Ethel TARR and then Lovina Briggs. Edgar was born in 1911 and adopted out when Ethel died four days after his birth.
I am sure Howard must be of this family since this is the place where they were, the question is from whom.
Do you know of any descendant of Mrs. Bradley who might have any info re the grandchildren of Nathan Nourse? If so my e-mail is
