Dear Shirley,

As far as I know, there is no Llanstephan in Breconshire, but you may be
thinking of Llanstephan in Radnorshire, just across the river Wye from
Breconshire.

The distance between Llanstephan (RAD) and Eastnor (HEF) is
approximately 50 miles.

Kind regards,

John
