I've done some research today and found the marriage of John Lloyd Vaughan
WATKINS to Eliza Luther HUGHES June 1852 District: Bath, Volume: 5c, Page
No: 1252.

Also on www.rootsweb.com - under "search family trees" you will find the
family tree of John Lloyd Vaughan WATKINS. I have also found him on the
1861 census and will be happy to send you the image off list if you haven't
already seen it.
