I'd try the conwy county archives to start with. You can send them an email and they usually answer within a day or so.

Does anyone know where the Welsh Baptist records would be kept?
I am looking for those of HOREB welsh baptist chapel of Llandiudno Junction.
This chapel was founded in 1900 and became a Mosque in 2000.
I will be very grateful for any help.
