If this girl was born in 1840/41 then her birth would be recorded in the IGI
and this would give both her Christian names, (if she had two). It would
also give her time of birth to within the three month period and from that
it would be possible to receive a birth certificate, should one so desire.

On the other hand if either of the two names was a pet name then one could
not state with certainty that Sidney/Frances was one and the same person.
