Can anyone help me please?
I am searching for EDWARD HUGHES born circa 1848/49.

I have tried the following Registry Offices
WREXHAM, OSWESTRY, WELSHPOOL and RUTHIN.
They have all replied negative.

On the 1871 and the 1881 census his place of birth is
LLANRHEAEDR YM MOCHNANT, DENBIGHSHIRE.

I have also tried the GRO asking for a search, but they have said that as it is a common name they can't do it.
Where do I go from here?
